Fort Edward by Water

Fort Edward, NY spans two bodies of water: the Hudson River and the Champlain Canal. Throughout the summer, boats will travel along the River and Canal and stop at the Fort Edward Yacht Basin to rest and take advantage of the free electricity, water, and showers. Luckily there are great places to eat, drink, and explore while visiting. For those who enjoy paddling, kayaking, and more, there are great opportunities to explore Fort Edward by water whether for an hour or full day.

Soon we’ll share a day on the water from Roger’s Island to the Yacht Basin that you can try out!
